SHIPPING POLICY – CLARO

Thank you for shopping at Claro! Below you'll find all the information about our shipping and delivery.

Free Shipping Across the EU 🚚

We offer free shipping on all orders within the entire EU, regardless of order value. No hidden fees, no minimum order requirement – just free delivery straight to your door.

Delivery Times

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Sweden 3–5 business days
Nordics (Norway, Denmark, Finland) 5–8 business days
Rest of EU 7–14 business days

The delivery times above are estimates and are calculated from the time your order is shipped, not from the order date.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET) will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the tracking page. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delays

We do our best to deliver within the stated times, but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:

  • Holidays and public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for deliveries outside Sweden)
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@claro.se and we'll help you investigate where your package is.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when ordering. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge a re-shipping fee.

Contact us immediately at info@claro.se if you realize you've entered the wrong address – if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the address.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage
  2. Contact us at info@claro.se within 48 hours
  3. Keep all packaging material until the issue is resolved

We will handle the case with the carrier and make sure you receive a replacement product or refund as soon as possible.

For lost packages (packages that don't reach you) – contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Risk and Responsibility

Once we have handed the package over to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. However, in case of any issues, we will help you contact the carrier to resolve the situation.
